The Par & Rec Mulligan Policy (Returns & Refunds)
Hey, welcome to the club. We want you to love your Par & Rec gear as much as you love a perfectly timed cart beer. But sometimes, even on a perfect day, you find the rough. If something’s not quite right with your order, here’s our simple guide to making it right. We’re all about fair play, on and off the course.
Something Wrong with Your Gear? (Damages & Issues)
We have a multi-step quality check, but occasionally a shank happens. Please inspect your order as soon as you get it and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong thing.
Just send a quick email to our clubhouse manager at Fore@parandrec.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include a couple of photos of the issue and your order number. We'll evaluate the situation and get a replacement out to you faster than a ranger on a Saturday morning. We’ve got your back.
The 30-Day "Mulligan" Window (General Returns)
Not the right fit or just not feeling the vibe? It happens. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your gear must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. Think of it as keeping the club headcover on until you're sure it's the one. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Because our products are printed on-demand just for you, we handle these returns on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to make you happy, so please reach out and we'll figure out the best path forward.
How to Start a Return
To get the ball rolling, just send us an email at Fore@parandrec.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don’t send items back to us without requesting a return first, as we won’t be able to accept them.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right fit is to treat it like a "drop." Start a return for the original item, and once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new size or style you want.
The Fine Print (Exceptions)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
A Note on Monthly Prize Entries
As you know, every item you purchase gets you an entry into our monthly prize drawing. It's our way of saying thanks for being part of the club. Please note that if an item is returned and refunded, the corresponding entry for that month's prize drawing is voided. Gotta keep it on the fairway!
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please hit us up at Fore@parandrec.com.

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The same conditions apply: your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
