Shipping Info (The Cart Ride to Your Door)
Alright, let's talk about getting your gear. We're not some mega-corporation with a warehouse the size of a golf course. We're a club, and every piece of Par & Rec apparel is made-to-order, just for you. This means we print, cut, and sew your gear only after you place your order, which helps us avoid waste and keep our focus on quality.
Here’s how it all works, from the moment you check out to the glorious day your package arrives.
Step 1: The Pro Shop (Order Fulfillment)
This is the time it takes for our team to craft your gear. Think of it as us getting your clubs ready for the round.

Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your products. After that, we ship it out.
Step 2: On the Way (Shipping Times)
Once your order is fulfilled, it’s on the cart path to your door. Shipping time is calculated on top of fulfillment time. Here are our typical shipping estimates:

USA: 3–4 business days

International: 5–15 business days
We work with a fulfillment company with facilities worldwide, so your order gets routed to the location that can get it to you most efficiently!
How Do I Track My Order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, you can always hit us up at Fore@parandrec.com.
A Note for Our International Members (Customs Fees)
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Please be aware that you are responsible for these fees. We highly recommend including your phone number in international orders to minimize the risk of a package getting lost in transit.
Course Hazards (Address Issues)

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
