OVERVIEW (Welcome to the Clubhouse!)

 

Welcome to Par & Rec! We’re glad you’re here. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Par & Rec Social Club. We operate this website to provide you with our gear, stories, and community (the “Services”). Our store is proudly powered by Shopify, which helps us get our products from our clubhouse to yours.

These terms and conditions are the official rules of our club. They’re important because they outline your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. Please read them carefully.

By visiting our site or buying something from us, you’re agreeing to these Club Rules and our [Privacy Policy]. If you don’t agree, then you probably shouldn’t use the site. Simple as that.

SECTION 1 - MEMBERSHIP & YOUR ACCOUNT

To shop with us, you need to be at least the age of majority in your state or province. You’re responsible for keeping your account password safe and for any activity that happens under your account—think of it as your personal scorecard.

SECTION 2 - OUR GEAR

We’ve done our best to make sure the photos of our gear are as accurate as possible. However, colors can sometimes look a little different depending on your screen, so we can’t guarantee what you see is exactly what you’ll get.

All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy our gear. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer for any reason. We’ll charge your payment method once your order is accepted. Please double-check your order before hitting "submit," as we can't always accommodate cancellation requests once the order is in the system.

All purchases are for your personal use, not for commercial resale. Your purchase is subject to our ****.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price you’re charged will be the price in effect at the time you place your order. Posted prices don’t include taxes or shipping charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. This helps us fulfill your order and contact you if needed.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We’ll do our best to get your order to you on time, but all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we hand the package over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. Think of it as your tee shot—once it leaves the clubface, it’s on its journey.

SECTION 6 - OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (Don't Steal Our Swing)

Our website, logo, designs, photos, and all other content are owned by Par & Rec and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You’re welcome to use our site for personal, non-commercial use, but you can’t reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our materials without our written consent. All the cool stuff you see is ours. Please don’t use it without asking.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Our site may include links to other websites or tools operated by third parties. We don’t have any control over them and aren’t responsible for their content or policies. If you decide to access a third-party site, you’re playing on a different course with a different set of rules.

Par & Rec is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Par & Rec. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Par & Rec, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Par & Rec.

IN NO CASE SHALL PAR & REC, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION (Covering Our Backs)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Par & Rec and our partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
